The courtyard is a quiet, welcoming sanctuary to the entrance of my
studio.
|

|
The birds and other small critters keep me company year
around. The butterflies and bumblebees come in for the flowers and the
birds for the water.
|
|
|
|
The birds who prefer to feed, drink and bathe near the ground love to
visit my little St. Francis statue.
|
|
|
The studio has a separate outside entrance. When I participate in
Artists' Studio Tours I am able to invite folks in keeping the tour
separate from the private residence.
It is also convenient for deliveries and moving large paintings and
equipment in and out.
